This weekend our learners moved to our new learning platform, and our new website went live. Both run on servers in the European Union, and the platform makes a few things a lot easier: getting from a course to a certificate, asking your course a question, and following a whole team's progress.
It is a step in our move to sovereign tech, which our founder Michel Stevens talked about in this interview: your learning data now lives on servers in the EU. Here is what the new platform does for you.
From the first click to your certificate
Find a course on our website and you can start it within minutes. Your lessons, your exam and your certificate all sit in the same place, and when you pass the exam, your certificate is issued on the spot.

If your program mixes online lessons with days in the classroom, you see the whole path in one view: what to finish online before each day, where and when you meet, and an add-to-calendar button for every day in the room.
Your course, inside your AI assistant
Every course now comes with access to our MCP. MCP stands for Model Context Protocol, a standard way to plug a source of knowledge into an AI assistant. Ours plugs your CXM Academy course into Claude. Ask it how to handle a customer complaint, or what the course says about moments of truth, and the answer comes from your own course material, with the module it came from.

Access comes with your course from the first day, and your course page shows you how to connect it. It takes about two minutes, once, and works with Claude's paid plans.
For companies: see your team's progress, then make it stick
Training a team with us? Your company can now get its own space on the platform. You invite your people by pasting a list, and you see at a glance who has started, who has not signed in for two weeks, who has passed and which seats are still unused. Your proposals, invoices and reports are in the same place.

When you want the learning to stick, we add reinforcement: short nudges before and after the course, on the channel your team already uses, from email to Teams, Slack or WhatsApp. You approve the track once, and it runs.

Every market, its own home
And finally, all our markets have their own home, in their own language. Next to the English site, our new website has a site for Belgium (in Dutch and French), the Netherlands, France, Denmark, Norway, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (in Arabic and English).
