Who can become a partner?
CX consultants, advisory firms and training firms with clients of their own. You know your market, and your clients trust you. We review every application and reply within ten working days.
Do I need to be certified to sell your courses?
Not to sell our online courses. To deliver a classroom, yes. Your trainers go through our accreditation first, so every classroom meets the same standard.
How does trainer accreditation work?
Your trainer takes CXM Foundations as a learner, studies CXM Professional with our trainer manual and passes an exam. Then they co-teach a paying classroom with one of our trainers. After that, they teach on their own.
How do partners earn?
The partner agreement sets out how you are rewarded for the sales you bring in and for the classrooms your trainers deliver. We share the details on the first call.
When do I get paid?
The partner agreement sets out when and how we pay. Your report shows every sale and its status.
Can I put my own brand on it?
Yes, next to ours. On your own marketing, your brand leads and you add our logo. In the course material, our brand leads and we add your logo. You always sell under our course names.
Can you adapt a course for one of my clients?
Yes. We can add your client's brand, their own examples and their customer journeys. Where their content fits, it goes in. Everywhere else, our tested material stays.
Do you already have partners in my country?
In some countries, yes. Tell us where you work, and on the first call we tell you how a partnership would work there.
I already have a partner link. Does it still work?
Yes, for now. We are moving to partner links of our own. When yours are ready, we send them to you.
