DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL PERIOD?

We do not offer trial periods. We are very proud of the content we provide to our members, and confident that everyone will find something of interest in the topics we offer.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PROFESSIONAL AND STUDENT?

To make the world more customer-focused, we need everyone – professionals and students alike. To participate as a student, simply provide your education ID.

Students do not have individual intake interviews at the start of the course, and no further follow-up after the course. To enjoy these benefits as a student, you need to take the professional option.

WHEN DO I GET MY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MASTER CERTIFICATE?

You will receive your Customer Experience Master certificate after successfully completing the test. We will also give you some tips on adding it to your LinkedIn or CV.

WHAT DOES THE TEST LOOK LIKE?

The test at the end of your course consists of a series of statements and multiple-choice questions. The topics covered in the test are directly linked to the course content. The minimum pass rate is 70% on the first attempt, 80% on the next attempt.

DO YOU OFFER COURSES FOR BEGINNERS OR EXPERTS?

Our courses are designed for all levels to participate. The preliminary stage in the CX Masterclass means you don’t need any prior knowledge, and people with previous experience still find it useful to revisit all the various terms.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE COURSE?

Most people spend about four hours on the online modules, after which they can take part in the two-day workshop. So there are about 20 lesson hours in total. People following a customised course can spend between half a day and 40 hours, depending on requirements.

I JUST REGISTERED BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE AN EMAIL.

We send the link to your course when payment is processed successfully. This can take up to 24 hours in some cases, although sometimes things go wrong:

  • Did you register with a different email address?
  • Have you checked your spam or junk folder?

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

You can change your password by going to your profile and clicking on the ‘Password’ tab, where you can choose a new one.
